How to pay for Administrative Services

There are three ways Employers pay for administration:

1) Our competitors way, expensive administrative services.

a. You pay them a flat fee-from $4-$10 per employee per month. This includes all new hires, change enrollment, and COBRA services.

b. Or you pay for each new hire and change as they occur-$35-$125. And each COBRA $30-$60 plus set up fees ranging from $250-$2,500.

c. Each month they send you a bill. You pay the bill with funds taken from your bottom line.

2) In-house, administrative services.

A few employers have the luxury of being large enough to have a fully qualified Human Resource Department. Your administration cost is the payroll cost for this department.

The majority of employers usually have the administration being done by an individual whose workload is already overloaded with many other jobs, usually not related to insurance and benefit laws. The cost is immeasurable, along with the risk.

3) The ClientServ way.

With a ClientServ strategic partner as your agent of record, they pay the charge. You pay nothing extra! Your bottom line increases, and you transfer your admin headaches to professionals.

Work with a ClientServ strategic partner and get professional administrative services at no extra cost!
